My teaching style is very much shaped by my 30 year old yoga practice. The main influence behind my teaching style comes from ISHTA Yoga Studio in NYC where I obtained my Advanced Yoga Teacher Trainer Certificate and Yoga Masters.
The spirit behind my teaching style is to place the student at the center of the practice, to provide modifications and variations so that each student can find the practice that suits their personal condition and needs. My goal is to teach students to become their own teachers and listen to their inner wisdom.
Other influences in my yogic path are Sivananda Yoga, Vipassana Meditation, Iyengar Yoga, Bikram Yoga and the Bihar School of Yoga Nidra.
