My life was falling apart. My physical condition: I was bed ridden, degenerative disc disease, could not move without heavy medication. My mental/emotional condition: I had no energy, no hope, chronically depressed, mentally blocked and unable to go back to work.
The worst is, I didn't know where to start to 'unblock myself'. I wish I had reached out for help beyond my doctors who only prescribed pills. Unfortunately, I just dealt with it by myself... so the unblocking process was slow and painful.
For many of us, it's only when the pain point is bad enough that we finally take action. Until then, we remain complacent and surrender to the idea that feeling terrible is the 'new normal'. Unfortunately, it took me many years to become aware of my pain points.
You don't have to wait that long. My Positive Living and Wellness Coaching Program is here to help you get clarity about your pain points, your goals and show you the way to get un-stuck so you can regain satisfaction and wellness in your life in just a few months!
My 8 week Positive Living and Wellness Coaching Program helps individuals build actions towards reaching their highest potential. It also improves physical, mental and emotional wellbeing by optimizing life and wellness habits and behaviors.
Program participants are 100% involved from the beginning and are able to see changes from week one. Accountability and committment towards oneself and towards the program is key to make the program succeed.

The usual program duration is 2 months. We meet weekly for 8 consecutive weeks. This is the minimum time period required to build sustainable change in your habits and life.
Every 4 sessions, we jointly re-assess the progress made and fine tune program goals, if necessary.
Depending on the complexity and number of life challenges, some of my clients require additional coaching sessions. In such case, 4 session packs are available at a discounted rate.
After the weekly coaching program is over, we meet for 3 monthly follow-up sessions (30 min) for progress and accountability monitoring. Monthly follow-up sessions happen as long as the client feels neccessary (max 3 months). This is included in the program at no extra cost.
