A: We build acconding to your progress. Typically Phase One (Foundations) is 1-2 months, Phase Two (Sustain) is another
1-2 months. Phase Three (Optimize) is 1-2 months. Most clients start seeing results within 4 weeks.
Q: Do you work with medical conditions?
A: Yes, as long as you have clearance from your doctor. We work alongside medical care.
