    A: We build acconding to your progress. Typically Phase One (Foundations) is 1-2 months, Phase Two (Sustain) is another 

    1-2 months. Phase Three (Optimize) is 1-2 months. Most clients start seeing results within 4 weeks.

  • Q: Do you work with medical conditions?

    A: Yes, as long as you have clearance from your doctor. We work alongside medical care.

  • Q: How much time commitment is this?

    A: Plan for 3-5 hours per week (1 hour 1-on-1 online coaching + 2-5 hours self-guided work).
